Like most pitmasters, Don King began his career grilling for loved ones at backyard get-togethers. When his best friend, Noah, showed him how to smoke ribs, he discovered his calling: perfecting his own brand of smoking he’s dubbed “California style.” One thing led to another, and Fat City Brew & BBQ was born. From pit-smoked classics to flavorful sauces and sides, Fat City became Stockton’s go-to place for all things meat.
